"We loved it! Location, size, very well equiped and response from agency-contacts! We have arrived in a busy day and they were able to help us with directions and also carrying our lugage! Being 1 block from Eiffel Tower view is fantastic! The appartment has everything you need and more!!!! Is a premium location, style and big place for a family!! Next time in Paris I'll go there. If not possible will be difficult to find a place like this!!! Full recommended!!!!"

"A forma de pegar a chave e devolver poderia ser mais prática. O acabamento de piso do apartamento está soltando, o que acarreta bastante barulho quando do seu uso. A noite é complicado andar no apartamento sem fazer ruídos. Outra coisa é o elevador: tem horário determinado de funcionamento e nunca entendemos bem como funcionava."

"The mini-Nespresso worked great and it was nice to have a small fridge. (Would have appreciated a microwave too- there was certainly more than enough room for one.) Great location. Very, very spacious- probably something like 40 square meters. Interesting furniture and decor. Extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of storage and hanging space for clothes. Loved the window seats and the view over the street. The elevator was an especially nice perk and worked really well."

"Inadequate lighting- especially in the bathroom which was very, very dark. We had to borrow a light from our daughter and move it around the unit so that we could see in the washroom, into the deep closet shelves etc. The bathroom smelled bad- combination of sewer gas and mustiness. We left the door closed and it didn't affect the room. At first we thought it was dirty in there and got some cleaning products but turns out the black shiny sink and shelves are marked and stained and just look dirty. The unit itself seemed clean. The pedestal sink leaked across the floor the first night. However the response via booking.com was very quick and the problem was dealt with right away. The building access was not secure in that the doors did not close tightly and did not require a code- just pry open. The suite door locked properly but the security chain was totally insecure- small gauge, weakly attached to the wall."
